Khatling Sahasratal Trekking
The Khatling glacier is a lateral glacier, at the source of the river Bhilangana. Sahasratal and Masartal are on the west and east of it respectively. The Valley of Bhilangana affords a panoramic view of snow capped peaks and hanging glaciers. Jogin group,
Kirtistambha and Meru are sublime and magnificent. The entire trek passes through thick forests and beautiful lush green meadows in the beginning. Later, it crosses two passes above 17,000 ft. and negotiates glaciers moraines and a snow patch
Day01: Arrive Delhi
On arrival met at the airport and transfer to the Hotel. O/N stay at Hotel
Day 02: Delhi/Hardwar
Transfer to the new delhi station time to catch train for hardwar. On arrival met at the station and transfer to the hotel. Evening free at leisure. O/N stay at Hotel
Day 03: Hardwar/Uttarkashi
Drive to Uttarkashi 185 kms. lunch will served at en route. Dinner & overnight in Uttarakashi
Day 04: Uttarkashi/Malla
On day 4 of Khatling Glacier trek, we trek for 25 kms to reach Malla. Further 9 kms trek Silla Chhan with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in camp
Day 05: Malla/Kushkalayani
11 kms trek to Kushkalayani with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in camp
Day 06: Kushkalayani/Kyarki
On day 6 of Khatling Glacier trek, we undertake a walk of 14 kms to reach Kyarki with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in camp
Day 07: Kyarki/Parital
14 kms trek to Parital with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in Camp
Day 08: Parital/Bhimtal
12 kms trek to Bhimtal/ Taddiudyar via Sahasratal with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in camp
Day 09: Bhimtal/Kalyani
16 kms trek to Kalyani with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in Kalyani
Day 10: Kalyani/Kharsoli
On day 9 of Khatling Glacier Trek, we undertake a 11-km trek to Kharsoli with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in camp
Day 11: Kharsoli/Chowki
12 kms trek to Chowki with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in camp.
Day 12:Chowki/Khatling Glacier
6 kms trek to Khatling Glacier with packed lunch. In the afternoon, return trek to Chowki. Dinner & overnight in camp at Khatling Glacier.
Day 13: Khatling/Masartal
9 kms trek to Masartal with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in camp.
Day 14: Masartal/Vasukital
15 kms trek to Vasukital vai Mayali Pass (5400mts) Panyatal and Teental with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in camp.
Day 15: Vasukital/Kedarnath
On day 15 of Khatling Glacier Trek, we trek for 8 kms to reach Kedarnath with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight Kedarnath
Day 16: Kedarnath/Gaurikund
15 kms to Gaurikund with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in Gaurikund
Day 17: Gaurikund/Rishikesh
Mornign drive to rishikesh from Gaurikund(215 Km). On arrival check in at hotel. O/N stay at Hotel
Day 18 : Rihsikesh/Delhi
Morning sightseeing tour of Rishikesh.In the evening transfer to Hardwar time to catch train for delhi. On arrival at delhi met at the station and transfer to the hotel. O/N stay at Hotel
Day 19 : Delhi/Departure
Morning sightseeing tour of delhi in the evening transfer to the Airport time to catch flight for onward destination.
